The Marloth Park Trust Initiative prides itself on its integrity and transparency. We are dedicated to Marloth Park, its property owners, and our wildlife and environment. There are no hidden agendas. Our vision is not restricted to the present, but rather an intentional focus on the present and foreseeable future to ensure the sustainability of Marloth Park into a secure future.
On this page, you will be able to access detailed documents and records. You will also be able to watch live presentations made by the Trust Initiative team. Should you have any comments, observations or questions, we'd love to hear from you.
In summary the following goals have been achieved to date;
- On 21 August 2019 we registered a Trust (The Marloth Park Conservation Trust - IT/00023/2019 "MPCT" )
All the properties in Marloth Park are beneficiaries of the MPCT Trust. As a result the current owner of each property is the beneficiary at any given time. A beneficiary has no liabilities in this structure and only receives "benifit" should any occur in the future.
- On 11th November 2019 a company was registered (The Marloth Park Management & Conservation Co - 2019/569243/07 "MPMCC")
The Trust holds the shares of the company. Each property in Marloth Park is allocated 1 share. These shares can never be sold but the current owner of each property is authorised to administrate all the benefits that come with the share and can vote as to how the company operates, what it does, who its directors are, what it plans are, etc....... At the AGM of the company the owners of MP property elect executive directors who become the executive directors of the MPMCC company & non-executive director who then become the Trustees of MPCT.
In the short to medium term it is hoped that MPCT will become the "Body Corporate" of Marloth Park and MPMCC will become the "Home Owners Association" and manage Marloth Park on behalf of all owners within the ambit of a City Improvement District.
